Sushi Circle in Mannheim

You get a gift voucher and can't redeem it. The poor guy at the cash register is alone in the store and has no idea how to settle the voucher. It was a long time before I understood that. Bad German and the mask required multiple inquiries on my part. Calling someone who wanted / couldn't get familiar with the cash register. Since I didn't have enough money with me other than the voucher and didn't feel like jogging across town to an ATM, I went without sushi. I hope that the employees will soon receive training on how to use the cash register. At some point I have to redeem the voucher.

I can only recommend the Futomaki. I liked it very much.

Order arrived within a very short time. As can be seen in the pictures, orders are also packed together to save packaging. Soy and Inger as well as chopsticks are included. Any quality defects of the individual maki, which occur according to the comments, were not found in 36 maki.

Yesterday to pick it up .. Food totally fresh and delicious. Super friendly! Was relatively late, I got something small as a "present". really great store and above all just customer friendly! Great - gladly again and again .. also recommended to all my friends.

We have been there several times and very satisfied, good quality and selection. Last time, however, there was a lot of the "cheap" fried one, so little real Suhsi. We then ordered Suhsi several times, which didn't come at all or only after a very angry look. Pity!

Catastrophe! On Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. the band was almost empty and so it went almost the whole evening. The waiters were also very useless, no one brought us plates with sticks, no question about whether we wanted to drink anything. After 15 minutes we had to ask the waiter ourselves whether he could bring us the dishes, we also had the drinks twice ordered, he ignored both times. So I am very disappointed, also very small selection of sushi or starters. Beef noodle was really gross. So never again! Best to avoid this place.

I find the selection very diverse and so far most of what I have received for my part has tasted great. From our point of view, a visit is absolutely recommended. It was not only the attentive staff that was the total hit during my visit But also the unique flair. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is particularly reasonable. There you absolutely don't get the feeling of dining like cucumbers in a can.

Great as always, great service

This visit was very disappointing. The tape was always empty. Our orders were still not there after a good 45 minutes. The plates piled up. On the tape there was a couple of seaweed salads that nobody wanted anyway. And the whole thing on a Sunday evening when almost all the tables were full and the rest were reserved. Several customers were already complaining loudly. That really shouldn't happen anymore !!!

Get a place at short notice even without a reservation. Very tasty all u can eat sushi, friendly service. Unfortunately there was hardly any dessert on the conveyor belt, and the orga and the ordering process were a bit chaotic but otherwise absolutely recommendable.

Always a great experience. The fish is fresh and tasty and seems to be of good quality. The hygiene concept and wearing the masks under the operator also seem well thought out and sensible. Again and again ?

It was okay. When they run out of tuna or other ingredients, they get creative and work with what they can make on the menu. They take some time due to manpower, so you really need to catch them at the right time. If you go for all you can eat sushi, you might find yourself filling yourself up with edamame, sushi rolls and Vietnamese spring rolls.

Terrible quality of the rice, and the outcomes was to have the worst japanese dished I haver eaten in my life. I will not come back again.

Great food and stafg

I thought the Poke Bowl would have been bigger but actually it was nice. Decent stereotype rolling Sushi place with an option for “all you can eat”. Perfect as an after workout.

Walking distance from the Radisson Blu, unfortunately I probably won't be going there again whilst here in Manheim. The fish is wafer thin on the rice and the options on the sushi carousel seem to have been there for a while, and I was there around 1pm Maybe if I had ordered from the menu it may have been different but all in all the experience was a little disappointing ? They do have a 5 plate and 9 plate special which would be amazing value if the portions where a little heavier on the fish Green tea was good and so was the service, I'm fussy when it comes to sushi

We ordered the all you can eat option for 21.99€. It was okay, but they skimp on the protein for sure. Nigiri is 99% rice, 1% fish. It is an extra 2.50€ on top of “all you can eat price” for each purple plate. They did have purple rice, but I am not sure it would be worth the visit without a child that loves the colour purple.

Best place for sushi in town

Very nice place, super delicious sushi. They are really different from actually Japanese sushi but still very good and exotic. You can eat there all you can eat for 20€, which is a little expensive but it is fine: take care not to eat took much ? problem the service there is not Soo nice?

Fantastic:Food,service and restaurant but its food are in very little amount.

The sushi is not great but the atmosphere is okay. You don't get a seat if you don't reserve in advance. Walk ins get you a table which make you sit across the walkway from the chef.

Very good were here for sushi cooking class. Everything was explained and shown great. All very friendly and the food tasted delicious.

Coming from a connoisseur who has eaten sushi from all around the world, I did not have high expectations coming into Sushi Circle. I ordered the all you can eat option for 21.99€ and all I can say is that the best thing on the menu was the fruit. The sushi was sub-par, you must wait an agonizing amount of time before they add new dishes to the conveyor belt (roughly 1 hour). The service was polite and quick, however the variety of food options is very limited. Additionally, it costs an extra 2.50€ for each purple plate you pick from the belt on top of your bill. Will most likely not return.

I was there for the first time. Absolutely great. I'm excited. Despite self service the service are super friendly. I will visit it more often soon. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant, we took all u can eat for 22 euro each, but definitely not worth it.... U could only take vegan, cooked salmon or tuna, shrimps nigiri.... Every kind of raw fish like salmon and tuna u have to pay extra from the 22 euro of the all u can eat.... So, bad restaurant just for this..... We ended up paying 30 euro each full of rice and no fish.... Just once we ordered something that was not on the circle and we got answered with a bad face, when this is supposed to be a normal request, a part of the menu.... Not nice experience at all Guys go somewhere else or be ready to pay money but don't take all u can eat coz u cannot eat all u want lol

Well. Ambience hectic, some sushi covers are misted and you do not know how long the plate is already on the conveyor belt. Of course exciting and interesting for children, but you can eat sushi in Mannheim with many others better.

Had meal on Saturday noon. Decent sushi quality. 9 coloured red or blue plates of sushi from the conveyer belt for €13.

In the 9 days I was in Mannheim, I had sushi circle 3 times! Love the concept for a quick, nicer meal. Reasonably priced, great quality, and they will make anything for you that is not currently on the line.

Great sushi!!! Staff is polite. Later in the evening really busy, so maybe you have to book a table.

Really nice place with very good quality and price! Sometimes you can get the all you can eat option, which is very good if you want a lot of sushi. Even when it’s packed you don’t have to wait long for a seat. Staff is friendly, and helps out pretty well. It’s definetly somewhere that’s worth going to often!!
